I order an ebike from the website pretst.com they confirmed my order took my money and also sent me tracking i formation. When i never received my package i contacted customer service to which they told me it was delivered and to check with a neighbor. Then they said to checl the post office. Then they said they delivered the wrong item. I told them i have cameras outside and nothing has been delivered to my home. They offered me 10% discount but continued to claim my package was delivered.
