I ordered 4 lace front wigs from Qudnier 7/5/23 and I never received the order despite them saying that it was delivered. I thought we had come to a resolve because they had agreed to send out a new shipment of wigs. I ran into the same problem stated that the wigs were delivered to me, which was not true. As I filled the tracking number the wigs were supposedly delivered to another address in another state. This is when my suspicions were heightened, so I had requested a refund. Initially they agreed to the refund, but when I’ve noticed that weeks had gone by and I hadn’t received my refund yet, I reached out them again. They stated to me how unfair it was that they lost their product and only wanted to give me back 30% of my refund. I absolutely disagreed with that option and still requested my refund. So we played the cat and mouse game of waiting for 5-7 days then 7-9 days until they stopped responding altogether, so here I am reporting them so that no one else will be subjected to this victimization.
