I clicked on a link on Facebook, after reading the comments reviews for some cute ankle boots. All the comments were positive. I purchased the boots, and they arrived and were terrible, junk quality. I immediately emailed the company and asked to return the boots. I got the following email..."Hello, could you please provide a picture of the product you received and take a clear picture of the outer packaging and tracking number? Thanks! Tip: Please do not return goods before the return address in our authorized email. In addition, the address on the package is not our return address. Please note, do not send the package to this address, otherwise we will not be liable for any loss." After sending all the pictures and information, I received that exact automated email 5 more times whenever I would message to ask about the return label they said they would send. It has now been about a month and a half and the return label is apparently never coming. I paid $44 for total junk.
