Description
Found company via American Dental Association vendor advertisement link. Dental equipment ordered and paid for in April 2023, an autoclave $2999. Delivery promised in July, then multiple subsequent delays, and eventual promised delivery date and time but never received. No live person via telephone but very responsive by email. Was offered of a 10% discount to compensate for delays, in actuality a $500 charge was applied to credit card instead of discount.
