• Hyatt Vacation Club has an exit program for their timeshare and is advertised as something that's available for everyone and to contact them to explore your options. Upon contacting them, I was told there are no options, so it is falsely advertised. Additionally, I was told I can hire an attorney, which implies there actually is an option, however, I am going to have to pay even more money for it. Essentially, we have paid for years for a service we are not able to use and continue to pay membership fees and now they are falsely advertising a way out when there isn’t one.
