Description
Ad appeared on Facebook. Purchased items through their website. They used a proprietary tracking website to show my item was on the way. Showed delivered 9/9, but no package was found. Contacted customer service. They replied with "your product was delivered." I said it wasn't. They said "check your mailbox". I informed them the package would not fit in the mailbox; these were 2 x 80lbs dumbbells. They said "give it some time." I've asked several times to give me the shipping carrier so I can initiate a driver followup. They ignore the question. I have been scammed.
