Description
Made an online purchase for Kool cigarettes and paid via e-check $240 for 4 cartons. Never received order. Received 4 emails from support stating another shipment would be sent. Still nothing was received. Requested refund and was told I would receive a check in the mail. Never received a check in the mail. No longer receiving any email responses. Messages left at 888-829-1256 and no response.
