Hello, My credit card was charged $89 on 6/29/2023 for "CoFounders Lab Launch" which was advertised to include premium membership to their site. I was never given access and reached out multiple times to their team to resolve the issue and cancel my membership (interacted with a gentleman by the name of Sean Walsh who responds to messages from their [email protected] inbox). The only way to get in touch with the team was email and couldn't find and wasn't given a phone number to reach them when I asked them. I did not receive premium membership to their site and they did not refund and did not cancel my subscription. I subsequently put a block through on my credit card. While I wasn't able to get the $89 back, it blocked subsequent transactions from CoFoundersLab. Issue here is consumer fraud. They are advertising premium membership with their "CoFounders Lab Launch" membership but not including it. I'm happy to speak further if helpful.
