I got a text a few days after shopping Kay jewelers from the number “61435211779”, who called themselves “U.S.P.S.”, describing how my package couldn’t be delivered due to incomplete information, so I went to the given link and gave my address and debit card details. A friend brought to my attention how it might be a scam so I looked deeper and found that visiting the website gave the same tracking number no matter how the website was visited. This is the first scamey text I’ve received so I followed blindly. I just found it strange how I purchase something and right at the time before it’s supposed to be delivered I get my first ever scam text
