This scammer is operating under several different business names and websites but the one that I got hit on was Home Shopping Network/TV By Sunrise. The ad that I got scammed on was on Facebook. I ordered an ostrich beach chair but that wasn’t what I received. They went through all the right email follow ups, order confirmation, shipping confirmation with tracking number. The tracking took a few days to show up but once it did, my order was being shipped from China to New York and then to AL. Once the tracking info showed that my order was delivered, I checked by my front door. Because I ordered a beach chair, it should have arrived in a large box. NOT THE CASE!! Later that day, I checked my mailbox and found a small package with the correct tracking number but NO beach chair was going to be inside that package. Instead I received a cheap pair of sunglasses in a cheap case!! Talk about a pissed off customer!! I tried emailing the customer service email listed on my invoice several times and each time the emails bounced back. I found another email for the company & sent the same information. No bounce back. Someone finally responded asking for proof of delivery so I emailed them back with all the details. Still waiting for a response! None the less, they didn’t send what I ordered and that is a scam & it’s illegal!! I have filed a claim with my credit card company & canceled the credit card used to make the purchase so they can’t make any purchases with that card number. I know this is a lot of info but I believe in being thorough. Stay away from this online scam!!!
