Hi, On June 1st I purchased a phone card from their list (filtered for calling from Toronto to Tehran) and since then have been trying to use it and it doesn't work. I contacted their customer service and no one replied. after 3 days talked to someone and they asked me to send an email. I did they same and they first claimed that it is fixed while it is not. Finally today said they can replace it with another card (value of 20$) which gives me 56 minutes instead of original 128 minutes. They don't refund me and their approach is take it or leave it. I have not been able to use any minute of my card.
