I purchased a bottle of wellness pills on Facebook for $39 from a company called BioScience CBD Gummies. Immediately I saw that they charged me $60 and $259.99. Within about two hours I called (866-338-3597) to cancel the order. I was told it was impossible to cancel the order. It showed up on my credit card almost immediately. I looked at BioScience CBD Gummies on Facebook and found that others had had the exact same experience. It is impossible to reach this company or to get a refund. They sent me an email saying "Sorry to see you go Kathryn, All future billing has been cancelled! Your order for BS - CBD Gummy 5 has been cancelled. Please find the summary of your order below. Order Number A5E8CC6EF9 Cancellation Date 05/11/2023." They may have (all though I don't believe them) cancelled what they had for automatic renewals of the order (all though I saw nothing about automatic order renewals), but no refund has shown up on my credit card statement.
