@Janny_anny1 posted on Twitter they were selling 2 Taylor swift tickets for $300 each and asked my daughter to direct message them. Asker her to use Zelle for payment, promising to transfer the tickets through Ticketmaster. After she sent $600, @Janny_anny1 asked for an additional $100 for “Ticketmaster transaction fees”. Said transfer wouldn’t go through without it. Zelle did not send the money fast enough- something about duplicate payments, but she tried twice. Then she used PayPal and @Janny_anny1 did receive that $100. Obvi, tickets never arrived and this person sent my daughter multiple, multiple dms in Twitter saying they got the 600, just waiting for 100…. My daughter is out $900.
