Said he was from this American Credit Counsel and had all of my information and wanted me to stop paying all my credit cards and they would take care of everything the guys first name was Mark Joseph ID# 20012 I said I did not want anything to do with it and hung up. Then a hour later I got a call from my on-Credit card company Bank of America saying this guy called them and told them I am going thru this company and to stop sending me my bill because I will not be paying them anymore. I called this guy back to see what was going on and he told me that the three-credit bureau told them to close my accounts and help me to get my credit back on track. He has all my information and my husbands do not know how he had all of the information in front of him, but he read everything off to me. The last guy I talked to was Alex Davis this is a norther number they have 888-273 0547. When I told him I wanted to contact the BBB he got very upset and told me he was going to cancel all of my credit cards and tell them I will not be paying any of them and to stop sending me statements. He also wanted my codes for the cards, but I told him that I shredded all of them. He said that would be ok that he still could charge them the fee for canceling all my debit. How did this company get all of my information. He claimed that the 3 bureaus gave it to him.
