I was shopping for a dress for my daughter and she put some items in the online cart of this company. I began to initiate a purchase, and then discovered that i was required to agree to the terms and conditions of the business BUT there was no link or place on the website with information about the terms and the conditions. I also saw that there was no return on Sale items, and every item was marked for sale, even only by $5. So it’s a scam and they don’t let you return. I closed the window on my computer. A few hours thereafter, I received an email from them, asking if I forgot items in my cart. The next day, I received a phone call from someone at the company (with a non-American accent), asking why I didn’t proceed with purchasing the items I put in the cart. I have NEVER experienced such questionable treatment with an online retailer. I’m nervous that they’ll have saved my credit card information (even though I erased it and didn’t purchase anything), and that they might be selling my personal information (name address phone email). Please note this questionable and potentially fraudulent business practices.
