I purchased a bottle of liquor for delivery. They said they shipped the product. They also created a fake shipping company to act as if they are a legit company. When the shipping company "received the product" to ship. They claimed I needed to make a $200 payment via Zelle for insurance. I did this. They then asked for another $100 to get a new truck since they couldn't deliver it with their current truck. I also did this not thinking. Then finally they sent me a 3rd request for $200 for insurance to pay for the bottle that they supposedly broke. I told them I wanted a refund and told them I would file a police report. The emails went cold and the one phone number I used to send $ to was disconnected. The fraud shipping company that was posing as a real shipping company is called boltlogisticscourier.com. Don't be mistaken for gobolt.com. This is a legit company. It seems whiskeysandbourbons created boltlogisticscourier.com and copied gobolt.com website. They even took gobolt.com truck pictures and put their own logo on them in their website. That's when I knew it was a scam. I also knew it was a scam when both whiskeysandbourbons and boltlogisticscourier uses Zelle as payment only. Their websites are also the same and they have a message us box that says they respond always. This isn't the case and its fake and no ones is behind those messages.
