Description
The electrician, Adam Russell (A. Russell Electric Ltd.), asked me (the homeowner) for a $3,000 deposit. He promised to do work on three different dates, but never showed. He stopped answering texts emails and calls. He did not return the deposit even though he was asked to multiple times. He even agreed to return the deposit, but never returned the money.
