Scammer advertises on social media that their products are "indestructible" and "14 days money back guarantee" (https://m.facebook.com/100088978700612/videos/provide-mental-stimulation-stress-relief-for-your-dog-with-robust-dino/686794716572068/?_se_imp=0wX0eBB8gcp5gHtxW) As I attempted to request a full refund after receiving the item that was from very poor quality, I was told they only could offer a 20% refund, or exchange (which I don't need). Package took a month to arrive, and my refund request was sent a month ago. I still haven't received anything. Here's the email thread: "Are you accepting the partial refund?
