I have sent numerous emails and chats on their website. I am getting automated responses. The phone number just rings and rings. The chat tries to take you to a tracking app that says the item will not be delivered until September and another says that it has been delivered. One message said they were on spring break. The product is a wedding ring, tungsten with blue opal coloring, size 10 1/2 mens. The site says 5-7 days. It was ordered on 3/20/23 and no additional information is available. The chat has a tracker, but the tracker says - "your order is awaiting fulfillment." The order number is 25278.
