Description

Rural internet service. I signed up online, didn’t receive the router or anything else for a month although they’d already taken $100 from my bank account. No phone number for this company or customer service information. Vague occasional responses from them by email written in bad English. Tried to cancel my subscription and keep getting messages that they’ll respond to me within two days. They just took a second payment from my bank account even though I cancelled. No service has been provided.
