Said i won a car and 5 million dollars, I had to pay taxes, delivery charges, permits, storage and every time he says he is delivering they come up with another fee that needs to be paid, like now they want another 900 dollars to get my prize. His name is Lester Goodman phone number is 929-355-0718, says he lives in Austin Texas and works out of Publishers Clearing House in Nevada. This has been going on for almost 3 years and I still don't have a prize and out thousands of dollars. I even changed my telephone number and he had a pizza delivered to my home to get my new number, it never ends
