I order a Carpet Chameleon online through these guys. U used Zelle to pay for it. The Zelle information I sent it to was [email protected] to a person named Jada Moore. Their website says the shipment will go out Fedex. I then received an email from a company called Tranquill Logistics telling me I had to pay 1600 dollars to get my package for insurance on a lizard that cost 170 and 50 to ship. Their website is tranquilllogistics.com and I treid to call them and got smarted off to and hung up on by one of there employees. The phone now rings to the text subscriber you are trying to reach is not accepting calls. This number is 240-289-6793. Neither person has helped me in this matter and refusing to refund my money.
