Since my wife and are physically impared we hired John to move or tools and personal items to another state. He broke a tool box which contained several specialty tools and some commom tools. He thew the items into the large U-Haul we rented for the job leaving it half way empty and leaving several of the items there. We agreed to sell him some of the things and trade a truck for the labor. He was to send Two persons with me to help unload the truck, I got one He used drugs and was having withdrawals all the way. John would not send him a ticket to get him home nor gave him any expense money. I had to pay for all the energy drinks and junk food as well as feed this guy. When we got here he locked the key in the truck and I had to retrieve it since there is no place within the area to get it out. He dropped yet another tool box breaking the pulls on the drawers if I could keep him awake long enouth to do anything. John made no effort to send him money for food and we just barely get by is why I made him a trade for labor. His helping hand attempted suuicide several times here because he could not get a ride home. His sister finally sent him the money via cash app to get a plane ticket to Oklahoma City. I had to drive him to Minot 75 miles from here to catch the plane, Now John refuses to send the owed money although he has several thousand dollars worth of the tools and equiptment he promised to bring here with the trade. He also has a four wheeler or quad as well as tools that are of my trade. We had this done in September and he did not take our calls then nor does he take thim now and I cannot get the tools and quad I much need here then and now. If the truck would have been loaded correctly everything could have been loaded in one single load. He thought his idea was better I guess it is for him. I lost several hunderds of dollars in specialty tools that he lost in the grass and would not pickup.
