I ordered a jacket that was on sale before Christmas back in November, The delivery date wasn't until January 3rd. the Money was sent to Ireland however the product was shipped out of China, I watched the tracking number each day. on the third, the product stated that it was delivered, which it was not. I contacted the company right away and they tried telling me my billing address was not the same as my mailing address, I went through my order and saw that it was both the same, so they were lying to me and making up reasons. when I looked closer at the tracking info, the package was delivered to an address in Fargo ND. I live in Duluth Minnesota, there is no reason their package should have gone that far north. I told them that the shipping address was the same as my billing address and it was a mistake on their end, they told me to wait three days to see if my package still arrives, I waited and contacted them again with the issue of never receiving it. they tried pulling the same issue with my address being incorrect. and that they would ship out the product again, So I waited 30 days all over again, still nothing, while waiting I contacted my bank to reverse the charge and I never received any product. February 12th and still nothing, they have finally admitted to allowing me to have 90% refunded back to me, So I get to wait 10 days to see if they return my money. The excuses and the fact that it was a different person each time I contacted them replying back to me was a red flag. the tracking website that they use Track654 was also a red flag. I contacted my postal service and they claimed it was delivered as well when it was not in my mailbox or near my door anywhere. the address being different from my billing and home address was a red flag. I just wanted the product that I paid for and waited over 60 days trying to resolve this issue with the company.
