I looked for Alex in July 2022, to rent a vacation home in Miami for the end of the year, he always claims to be an Airbnb partner authorized to rent houses, finally I rented a house for 7,200 dollars, paid by check payable to his company Empire Residence in december 2022 he called me informing me that the same house that i rented and paid for was sold and that he would relocate me in another property he sent me some options from the beginning i made my dissatisfaction clear houses much inferior but i found myself with no choice i accepted another property . without even knowing if the property would have a lower value or not. finally arriving at this new property on 12/30/2022 we came across an old dirty property stinking of mold broken things slime by the pool, I contacted Alex at the same time around 11pm he told me to calm down that the other day I would would take it out, the other day we woke up early and we all went out to the street to wait for his contact, he disappeared half the day he didn't answer the call, about 12 am on the 12/31 he called saying he was in contact with Airbnb and nothing finally got us street with nowhere to go I told him that I would rent another property with my money and he would refund me he agreed in fact he returned me 3,200$ but the remaining 4,000.00$ he still hasn't done it tells me he's solving it but not solving it rolls me up every day and the next day
