Description
I used free1040tsxreturn.com to file my 2021 taxes on April 19, 2022. I filled out the necessary paperwork online but never received a return. I tried calling this company and left messages but never received a callback. After reaching the IRS, I learned my taxes weren't filed in April but were filed in October but no payment was issued by IRS. I was told by IRS I had to refile my taxes for 2021 since there was no record, I found this company on the IRS.gov site.
