I ordered nothing, but received something I really needed. Can't actually complain on that point. Thing is, I wanted to thank the friend who'd sent it to me. Dug out the envelope and got the company name. None of my friends had sent it. I have no idea if they have taken anything from me, ID, money, information, so can't answer that page. Passwords changed at Amazon where I've ordered similar products, but not from them. Also activated Dual factor verification on my account. Better Business Bureau has them as non-accredited and scored at an F on their site. I also read about a scam practiced in this same manner called a Brushing Scam, for more info go here: https://www.cbc.ca/radio/day6/china-s-bid-for-a-covid-free-olympics-front-line-health-care-workers-brushing-scams-and-more-1.6322424/got-an-unexpected-package-it-could-be-part-of-a-brushing-scam-1.6322433
