I would like to report a scamming website. There is an active site selling counterfeit brand products of BTS, BT21 merchandise and many more famous Korean pop groups. The website is called: https://www.btsmercharmy.com This website actively advertise as selling official authentic merchandise. However, upon receiving my ordered items, I have noticed the poor quality merchandise. In addition, no official tags were provided. Upon bringing it to their attention, they refuse to admit selling counterfeit goods and refuse to provide me with a full refund. Please look into this website to prevent fans and consumers like myself from being scammed.
