Description
After placing my order on December 15th, I got an email stating my order was on the way on December 18th. The status of my order has not changed since December 18th. It continues to say unknown location and FedEx tracking number says it is waiting for the shipper to drop it off to their location. On Friday, December 23rd, I reached out to the company. The assured me they will monitor the progress and overnight my order and I will receive a new tracking number in 12-24 hours. Neither of those two things happened.
