On 11/25/22 placed an order for a personalized metal sign. Website looked authentic and safe even had a https webpage. Checked reviews all good. Received an email confirmation with order number and payment was posted to my credit card. Contacted them 7 days later when I hadn’t received item or shipping information and received a very generic email response they were working on my order. Sent another email 10 days after order and received same reply. Then I started to get worried this was a bogus company and did a search on BBB but found nothing and searched them on facebook and instagram and read this has happened to many many customers. Curious why they are allowed to advertise on those social media sites and why google hasn’t shut them down yet! I have submitted a claim with Consumer Protection Services and disputed charge with my bank. I hope you place a fraud alert against this company so it doesn’t continue to happen to other people.
