Possible Scam or Fraud: I purchased a FitPro Smartwatch + additional accessories via Facebook advertisement. I received the watch and face cover and extra watch band. I’ve asked to return them due to their not functioning properly, will not remain connected and a whole host of other problems. I received a reply email which gave me a “laundry list” of multiple things to try in order to get it resolved — all of which I had tried prior to contacting them. I received no response regarding returning the items even though their website indicates you have to contact them prior to sending their crap back. I’ve also contacted my credit card company and it is under investigation. I believe it is a scam / fraud because I see that others have posted to BBB regarding the same thing (utilizing the same app for function) but different company names …. Leading me to believe they possibly change their company name to do business. All I want to do is return their merchandise for a full refund because it is nonfunctional. I shouldn’t have to pay for nonfunctional and I definitely shouldn’t have to pay shipping to return their crap.
