I follow a Christian website called HisGlory. HisGlory promoted this company as a good gold company to invest in. A representative named Kurt Underkofler was the contact for Karatbars International but used an email address of hisglory. He did not use his own email address, as I believe this was a front to hide. I invested money into this company thinking it was a good investment. As time went on, I wanted to see how I could get money from my gold account and contacted Kurt Underkofler. He consistently ignored my requests and finally I decided I just wanted my gold or get my money back from my initial investment. Kurt Underkofler stated he would get my gold delivered to me but nothing came to fruition. He stated the company said gold deliveries would be between October 1-25, 2021. He said he would get me a screenshot of pending delivery. As time approached, I received no invoice and no gold. Finally from constant prior months of frustration, with this representative, for Karatbars International, I said, just send me a check for my initial investment by October 26, 2021 by 5:00 pm or I was going to report him and this company. He said he would get me the money and nothing came; therefore, I believe this representative and the company is a fraud. Please beware of investing money into this company. The website is not user friendly and I believe it is set up this way to confuse the customer.
