I received a sextortion scam email this morning at 5:41am EST from someone claiming to be named "Stephanie Williams" with an email address of "[email protected]." The body of the email is as follows: "Honestly, I just dread to imagine what queer thoughts are in ur mind. And we won't be able to talk about it. What mindset should a person possess to adore jerking off so badly. The velocity of ur hand impresses so much. I bet u are the only one with this kind of abilities. I laugh at u and simply can't stop it, as though I'm going to explode. What is happening to you and where does this all come from? So many questions are left without answers. I bet even Flash would envy your speed. I highly recommend u not to defy me, otherwise I'll be made to share ur delicate mysteries with the contacts from ur email, and I have not made up my mind yet where to post u for all to see. I urge you to rethink your mindset and your attitude to your safety. I very much doubt about ur soundness, only a stupid man doesn't cover the cam of his device when doing such kind of things." The email then contains a text file that demands I pay money to the email's author via Bitcoin within the next 46 hours. That text is as follows: "I will provide you with a chance to retain your image in front of ur loved ones, Bitcoin 1gs9VisjWjKpfJzPsA5kry4rYnmJzoG4T, 1346 usd. I'm confident 46 h are enough. See what a kind man I am."
