In September of 2017, I purchased an HP Printer. The printer began printing pages from "The Hacker God" stating that my PC had been hacked. I tried to locate HP Support on their Website and was apparently redirected to "Victor" at Arrow Systems, who claimed to be HP Support. I was informed that my PC had been hacked by multiple hackers and was told to allow "Victor" to remote in. He told me that he could resolve the issue and prevent further issues for $469.00. I was transferred to another number to give my bank info for an electronic payment. I was transferred back to "Victor" took about an hour and installed several antivirus programs, including Scanguard. Upon realizing that I had been duped, I deleted the programs. A month or so later I received calls asking to refund my payment but only by electric transfer. I did not respond. This morning I was informed that Scanguard had manually made three attempts to charge $99 to my Credit Card. "Victor" is still calling for different companies using different names (including "Dick Clark") from masked phone numbers. One call was listed as coming from my Home Phone.
