Our credit card company has also advised to reach out to you first to resolve this issue to be sure I receive my full refund. They advised if it wasn't resolved with the merchant, then they would handle as a dispute and turn it over to the fraud department. Unfortunately, I now realize I purchased brain defender under false pretenses believing that it was a product recommended by Dr. Ben Carson...which now I know is not. My charge was on my Mastercard on Sept. 14, 2025 for $294.00. Charge reads... CARTPANDA* BRAINDEF179WILMINGTONDE. There is also currently a mass amount of information regarding brain defender ...here is just a sampling.... If you saw an ad claiming “Ben Carson backs Brain Defender,” it’s almost certainly one of those fake-endorsement promos. If you purchased because of that claim, consider disputing the charge with your card issuer and reporting the ad to the platform and the FTC. (BBB reports show people being misled by Carson-branded memory ads.) bbb.org Please refund in full immediately. Their response was having me call another number… send a different email. By the time I jumped through all their hoops they offered a 75 % refund. I refused knowing that this needed to be reported. They are targeting older people in chronic pain.
