They send you an email to recruit you for a job opportunity and then tell you that your resume must be readable by the ATS, but they send you a link to a page to pay for the resume upgrade, and if you send them another version, they don't accept it; it has to be the one they send you. Here is the email. Hello, I hope this note finds you well. One of our clients has an opening for a Chief Recruitment Officer position within a newly acquired organization. Based on your background, I believe this role may align well with your experience. If you are interested, please reply with your resume, and I will be glad to share more details about the role and the company. Looking forward to hearing from you.
