Description

They send you an email to recruit you for a job opportunity and then tell you that your resume must be readable by the ATS, but they send you a link to a page to pay for the resume upgrade, and if you send them another version, they don't accept it; it has to be the one they send you. Here is the email. Hello, I hope this note finds you well. One of our clients has an opening for a Chief Recruitment Officer position within a newly acquired organization. Based on your background, I believe this role may align well with your experience. If you are interested, please reply with your resume, and I will be glad to share more details about the role and the company. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Amanda Lawson This did not work as well. Unfortunately, the issue is not related to the file format. As mentioned in my previous email, your resume needs to be optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Please use the recommended website to optimize your resume and resend it to me. Regards, Amanda Lawson
