Upon receiving my order, it became quickly evident that the items delivered didn’t meet my expectations based on the brand’s website. The clothes didn’t fit and were terrible quality. The color was different from the photos and the fit was completely off despite following their size guide. The material didn’t feel premium as advertised. I needed to refund all of it and get a refund. However, after multiple requests that I sent via email to the only contact information on their website, which was an info@graysonandporter address, after requesting a full refund, I was told to keep the clothes and they would only send me a 15% refund. After I objected, they said no, for me to keep the clothes and they would send me a 20% refund. Then a third time I made the request, they said to keep the clothes and I would receive a 30% refund. I refused and insisted on a full refund. At this point, they finally sent me a return form that looked fake and they stated it could take 6 weeks to get a full refund and that my order, once returned to China, would likely get stopped in customs. Their return policy states refunds are available within thirty days. They dragged out the back and forth so that the 30 days would pass. After research online, there are multiple complaints against this business. The clothes were counterfeit and not representative of the quality or authenticity claimed on their website. The merchant’s website does not provide a customer service phone number or a direct contact name, making it impossible to reach a representative for resolution. Furthermore, despite multiple attempts, the company has refused to honor its stated return policy and has not issued a refund for the disputed transaction. The company’s operations and lack of transparency indicate potentially fraudulent behavior. The merchant does not appear to be a genuine or reputable retailer.
