Shortly after, I received an email with the following message: We have been notified by FedEx regarding a shipment awaiting clearance. To facilitate the release of your package, kindly contact the specified authorities to settle the duty-related matters. Please reach out to them using the following details: Email: [email protected] Phone: 732-226-7279 When contacting them, ensure to mention CN# 246550 and Tracking# 392857462606 in the subject line. I informed them that I refused to pay, and requested a refund. They insisted the request was legitimate. However, I contacted FedEx directly, and they confirmed that this is a scam. I expect a full refund of my payment as soon as possible.
