Description

Placed an order, once the order was alerted as a scam, tried to cancel the order but the customer service team assured it was 100%, followed tracking of the shipping and questioned the time it was taking, but was assured it took as long as necessary, popped up that the order was delivered and the customer service team said it was my fault my address was hard to find and it was taking time. Was finally offered a 5%, then a 10%, then a 20% then a 50% refund, told the custimer service team i was becoming angry and impatient with them and they offered a 70% discount explaining they lost money with the "lost shipment" as well. Told them it was not my problem, they finally offered a full refund, then they explained it would take 20 days to process the refund. After complaining their refund process was unacceptable they said the refund was approved and that they "tried to send the refund back but were unable to process it through my original payment and had to reprocess". Checked with my account and no refund was even attempted. I again expressed that the customer service team lied and that i was becoming impatient and angry again. They are now just repeating exact identical messages. The only way to contact this company is through an online chat system. I have been unable to locate an actual phone number or address. I have collected screenshots of the communication and have filed a fraud alert with my bank to dispute charges. After the order was placed i began receiving repetitive scam calls to my phone about delinquent taxes, and such as if my phone number was sold to other scam companies. I bet i have had to block 100 plus scam caller numbers within the last month. Nookwear could not tell me how my package was being shipped ie. Usps, fedex, ups. They provided a tracking link but it was full of ads overlaying the tracking information, you coukd eventually drop down all the adds and view tracking. Each time i sent a message through the online chat id receive a nessage stating they would reply in up to 24 hours, so each day i have received a single message from their "customer service team". I placed my order 8/5/25, today is 9/13/25 and they are still giving a run around. I still have received no package and no refund at this time.
