Description
I bought a pet widow box; they offer returns within 30 days. I emailed the day I received the product 8/29 and have since emailed 5x with no response. There's no phone # to call and no instructions to return however they have a return policy. I am afraid they will let the 30 days lapse and say I can't return, if they respond at all. This is a lot of money, i followed their policy, i want to return the item.
