Description

I have received 3 phone calls from this number trying to scam me to get my personal and health insurance information. They are posing as the MHS Indiana health insurance. I contacted the actual MHS and they confirmed they don’t know who this is and there is nothing on my files that they even tried to contact me. The photo I linked is from one of the voicemails saying they need to talk to me about a claim, I have no claims I haven't even used the insurance yet.
