I ordered 2 pieces of jewelry online. Bracelet for $29 and necklace was supposed to be a free gift. However I was charged $26 for that FREE necklace. I requested to cancel my order immediately after I noticed that 2nd charge on 8/15. I spoke to their rep Jessica via text message and emailed them on 8/15. My order was NOT cancelled and it got shipped on 8/19. I was told that now I have to wait until it arrives to return it. It was delivered on 8/29. I requested a return and was offered a replacement for another jewelry instead of a return/refund. I clearly stated that this jewelry was not supposed to be shipped to me - I attempted to cancel it since 8/15 and I don't want it. I opened a dispute with my credit card company on 8/30. I received an email from Spirilet's rep Annie Smith on 8/31 that they are processing my refund since it was a mistake on their end. I saw a refund on my card on 9/2 and closed a dispute with CC company. I received an email from merchant's bank stating that I was liable for that purchase, and they charged me again on 9/3 for those 2 transactions. I have contacted a merchant several times about it but they are being unresponsive since then.
