I placed my order on 7/11/2025. I first emailed you on an update on my order on 8/18/2025. You stated the processing time was 1-4 weeks. You also sent me out a tracking number that same day for USPS. You ALLEGEDLY issued me a store credit that same for $39.98 for items you didn’t have so you can proceed to ship my order out sooner. However, I still do not have access to this store credit or the five items I purchased. Now I’m emailing you today on 9/05/2025. It has now been 8 WEEKS (2 months) since I have placed my order. I still do not have my order. As of today it has been 2 weeks since you sent me the tracking information on 8/18/2025, but yet the order has not moved. I tried to get a full refund issued through the Klarna because I have no merchandise, but yet you denied it. I am in nursing school just like you and was trying to be understanding and support because I love your merchandise (from what I have seen on social media). However, you are testing my patience. I should receive a store credit because you no longer have the items or because you simply do not want to ship my order out. If you cannot do the right thing now, why would I (in my right state of mind) ever order from you again. You clearly running a scam. Lastly, you sent an email on 9/3/2025 stating that all preorders were being shipped out by 9/4/2025. I know that’s inaccurate because I haven’t even received my regular IN STOCK MERCHANDISE for you to be stating PREORDERS are shipping out. I don’t know if I need to expose emails, receipts, screenshots and etc. on all social media platforms to either get a full refund to my account or my items ($99.95). However, I will be doing so because I am done playing with you, reaching out for updates and trying to get my merchandise or a refund back to the original form of payment. The company also block me on TikTok and Instagram for informing people of scam as well. The company just sent a partial refund of $34.98 and did not issue my other amount of $39.98 but issued a store credit when they stated it went to my original form of payment. I also had to keep emailing the company for them to even send half of my money back and when I asked for the rest the company sent me a cease and desist letter via email.
