I am the owner of Little River Customs, LLC. A scammer has been impersonating my business online in order to defraud others. I contacted the scammer directly, and during the conversation they attempted to sell me a Motorola APX6000 XE radio kit for $2,000 while pretending to represent my company. The scammer has also been using my company’s logo and branded designs without authorization on their social media accounts, including a TikTok page and, previously, an Instagram page. This is being done to appear legitimate and mislead potential victims. The scammer provided the following false details: Claimed name: Ryan Devito Claimed business email: [email protected] Claimed address: 1995 E Coalton Rd 66101, Superior, CO 80027 When pressed for payment, they revealed a PayPal account tied to a different name: PayPal email: [email protected] PayPal account name: Jered Williams This demonstrates they are fraudulently impersonating my company, misusing my intellectual property (logo and designs), and attempting to collect money for goods they do not possess.Loss: No money was sent by me. But others may have fallen victim. We have received multiple emails and messages on TikTok making us aware of this individual.Requested Action: Please investigate the PayPal account ([email protected], Jered Williams), as well as the associated impersonation of my business name, logo, and designs on TikTok and Instagram.
