Description
Purchased Birkenstock Arizona oiled cabana leather sandals. We’re supposed to be shipping g with a 3 day window. After a week still no sandals, contacted company to inquire. They sent them out unfortunately they were fakes. Contacted customer service for return auth. Sent them back 3 weeks ago to a Kentucky address with UPS confirmation. Have contacted customer service three times now still no response or refund. Today is 9/4/25.
