MNML sent USED and RIPPED products to me. When I requested a refund, they told me I must ship items back to China, they will need to inspect it to make sure it is brand new, then process my refund. They are a completely FRAUDULENT company. As you can see from their process, they want to me to ship items back to China which is impossible for an average every day person, however, they want to make sure the items that they sent to me as USED are Brand New before processing the refund!! In other words, I would not get a refund because THEY sent ME used products! Horrible business, horrible people, complete fraud and scam. Stay away at ALL costs!
