I ordered and paid inline by credit card. The company said the item has been backordered. They gave me dates on multiple occasions but the item was never delivered. I asked for a refund and they agreed. They never sent the refund after promising it would be given by a specific date. Two months later, still no refund. THey have stopped responding to my emails.
