Description
US mail. Letter (actually about one letter a day since 7/30/25) saying my vehicle warranty had expired and unless I called to renew it, I would be responsible for all repairs. My car is a lease which I have had for 1 of 3 years. Nothing on the letter identifies anything about my car except the year, brand and model. I looked the phone number up online and was immediately referred to the BBB.
