Description

Purchased new cell phone. A woman called after it was delivered AND mentioned FedEx specifically (maybe the leak). When I stated I would not be home until 4pm, the woman said she would call back then. I received the call at exactly 7pm (3 hour time difference so not New York). The woman told me there was an error and switched me to a "manager". He told me to mail that phone back and then he would mail the correct phone. After arguing with him he finally hung up on me. I immediately called Spectrum myself and was told that it was a scam! Thankfully, I didn't give any other information other than describing the phone they supposedly sent me.
