It was sold as a method to pay 50% of my $140 a month for my Xfinity monthly bill as a promotion from Target required to purchase 4 Target $210 Target gift cards to qualify for a 6 months of a $140 Comcast cable service bill at $700 a month for several years. They claim to be a Xfinity billing billing office located in the Chicago area.
